The second coming of BALLS is in the planning phase.
Date: 4/25/2009-4/26/2009
Where: Route Unknown but similar to last year
What: 100 miles on day one, 50ish on day two
Low down: mainly rail-trail with the possibility of some paved roads thrown in. Starting in Barneveld, overnight in Brodhead, back to Barneveld or Madison on day two.
Lodging: The five rooms at Earthrider in Brodhead are already spoken for (last years participants). Brodhead also has Sutherland House (B&B) and the Crazy Horse campground.
Who: Anybody interested in a fun long ride. Last year the wives met us for supper at a decent place in Brodhead and then spent the night. One room has a futon so if somebody doesn’t have a wife coming we could fit another rider.
How: shoot me an e-mail if interested and I’ll get you in on the planning discussion. Riding day one and having the significant other pick you up in Brodhead (after joining us for supper and beers) is always an option.

A Few Things I Left Out…
First off a HUGE thank you to everybody who made it to the year end CORP meeting. I never expected to see 35 people show up. The enthusiasm and new faces gives me renewed excitement for 2009. Thank you for contributing and see you on the trails in 2009.
Last year we had custom CORP jerseys made. The design was a one-off by Jesse Lalonde and they came out pretty sharp. I will be taking another order for jerseys between now and January 15th. We will need to meet a 10 piece same item minimum to place the order (short sleeve or long sleeve). Prices are listed below:
$50 Short Sleeve Jersey
$60 Long Sleeve Jersey
$50 BMX/Downhill Jersey
$50 Wind Jacket
$90 Winter Thermal Jacket
